Q: Why I can’t find Shred ‘n’ Slam from Google Play Store?

A: Shred ‘n’ Slam is currently in soft launch and might not be available in your country yet. We will announce future expansions in our social media channels.

Q: Why I can’t find Shred ‘n’ Slam form Apple App Store?

A: Currently we don’t have an iOS build but that’s included in our future plans.

Q: I made an in-app purchase but I can’t find the product anymore, what can I do?

A: Sometimes an update can cause a bug and your items disappear. First you should check the in-game store again but if that doesn’t work please contact support@losthoodie.com

Q: How can I refund and in-app purchase?

A: Please send email to support@losthoodie.com and state the product that was bought and add the receipt of the purchase. The transaction ID (looks similar to this – GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) at the bottom of the document must be visible. Receipts for transactions have been emailed to you by Google after each purchase.

Q: I found a bug from the game, where can I report it?

A: Contact support@losthoodie.com and describe the bug with as much detail as you can.
